Fenwick Resourcing is a new-to-market resourcing and recruitment business started by Amy and Pete Craggs in the North-East of England.
We each have our own path that led us here but the combination of our skills and talents can hopefully benefit new working relationships as we look to create new careers, and grow businesses.
I started my career as a PA before moving to the HR sector in 2009, primarily in the manufacturing sector, with experience in other fields such as hospitality, construction and technology.
I recently qualified as a chartered member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and have extensive recruitment experience gained during my progressive and varied career.
I began my career in Local Government back in 1998 before leaving to pursue a career in Chemistry in 2010, gaining an MChem in Medicinal Chemistry from Newcastle University.
My scientific background, data analysis and organisation skills I've gained throughout my career are put to good use when sourcing candidates for any role.
